Homeowners Association of Palmer Square (HAPS) Charter

Homeowners on Palmer Square Park who gather for:

Connection: Create and nurture a social network among homeowners around Palmer Square Park for community, celebration and support as we maintain and renovate our homes as well as welcome new members.

Collaboration: Speak with a singular voice as we work with neighbors, organizations and lawmakers across Chicago in support of the maintenance, improvement and protection of Palmer Square Park & surrounding areas.

Celebration: Come together quarterly under volunteer HAPs members to eat, drink and open our homes to one another (maximum reimbursement: $200 per household).
